Brand Story
A black night and a red day, KOGIN
A ginseng brand whose story is told through accurate labeling and a balanced taste, rather than promises of effects.

Hongbaek Agricultural Company Corporation (농업회사법인 주식회사 홍백)
We make red ginseng and black ginseng materials in Geumsan, Chungcheongnam-do, a ginseng-growing region, and received a health functional food manufacturing business license in 2025. 01 | Origin
A name taken from the two colors of ginseng, Hongbaek
Ginseng is white when freshly harvested and turns deep red when carefully steamed. Hongbaek takes its name from these two colors, white and red. Based in Geumsan, Chungcheongnam-do, a ginseng-growing region, we present KOGIN red and black ginseng side by side, reflecting the name Hongbaek.

02 | Craft
Honest labels, read as numbers
Instead of promising effects, KOGIN shows its labels accurately. 12% black ginseng powder, 15% red ginseng powder, a ginseng blending ratio of 100%, 12 g per stick. Every one of these numbers comes from the statutory labeling on the original package.

03 | Ritual
One stick to close the day
A liquid tea you open and drink without water. The red of the morning and the black of the evening: either way, KOGIN becomes a small ritual that settles into the rhythm of a day.

Label
Two products released under the name KOGIN
KOGIN Red Ginseng Stick is a liquid tea made with 15% red ginseng powder (saponin 40 mg/g or more, Korean origin) and purified water. The ginseng blending ratio is 100% red ginseng root body, and it is 5 kcal per 12 g stick.
KOGIN Black Ginseng Stick is a liquid tea made with 12% black ginseng powder (saponin 40 mg/g or more, Korean origin) plus fructooligosaccharide, xanthan gum, and purified water. The ginseng blending ratio is 100% black ginseng root body, and it is 10 kcal per 12 g stick. The sweetness comes from fructooligosaccharide, and no sugar or high-fructose corn syrup is added.
For both products, store at room temperature in a cool place away from direct sunlight. The box lists the manufacturer and the seller separately, and Hongbaek is shown as the seller.
Why the label
Why we show the label before anything else
Both KOGIN products are ordinary food products, labeled as liquid tea. Their reporting is separate from the health functional food materials we supply to other businesses, so we do not carry a material's ginsenoside standard or the plant's equipment over into the function of a finished product.
The 'saponin 40 mg/g or more' inside the ingredient name is a specification stated per 1 g of powder, not the amount of saponin in one finished stick. Each number counts a different thing, so we write down what it counts.
The full labeling for each product is set out on the product page and on the product label information page, and we do not describe any effect that is not on the box.
